- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
- Handle Customer issues with patience and poise.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on Solar Technology and Renewable Energy
- Serve as the first level of customer service for inquiries and problems
- Use different applications to gather the necessary information and notify management
- Update company database by inputting information from each call and keeping customer fields current
- Candidate must be able to work in a team environment
- Must have a "team first" attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to excel in an extremely fast paced environment
- Ability to handle many different types of personalities
- Must be able to take direction from senior management
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience.
