- Oversee Customer Service Team of 20-30 Employees
- Ensure that we provide a HIGH LEVEL of Customer Experience
- Improve Customer Service procedures, policies and standards.
- Develop and Establish Excellent Customer Relations through out the Department
- Monitor and Maintain Individual Call Counts and Contact Percentage.
- Ensure Follow Ups with Customers are being done promptly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that we are following the Touch Point Process and customers are being contacted within the Touch Point Guidelines
- Monitoring Calls to ensure that Customer Service Personal is delivering precise and accurate information in a - - - Professional and Courteous Manner at ALL Times.
- Set Up Department Meetings for training and development, as well as One on One Coaching with individuals.
- Establish Reports to track progress within the department. In addition, to being able to spot inconsistencies within the Department.
- Re Introduce and Maintain Concierge program.
- Monitor and Approve Time Cards.
- Handle Escalated Calls and Satisfy Customers issues and Concerns.
- Establish and Track Interdepartmental Communications.
- Assign and Track Special Projects to Employees
- Develop ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Other Duties as assigned
